Liz is proud to be a San Diego native raised in Point Loma. Having lived in San Diego for her entire life with a large extended family has given her extensive knowledge of Southern California. She has remained a multi-million dollar producing agent year after year for 17+ years, specializing in residential and commercial markets with focus in the San Diego Ranch & Coastal Communities.
Liz has proven to be among the top agents in the San Diego area by earning the trust and respect of clients and colleagues. She prides herself in the ability to do whatever it takes to find the “Perfect Home” or “List and Sell” with the marketing skills to negotiate the smoothest transaction possible. She draws on her experience from over 25 years in marketing and business management, with her own company “Professional Practice Management” (PPM), which included discriminating clientele with specialized professions, with focus in physicians, surgeons, and attorneys. For over 15 years, PPM successfully managed over 20 simultaneously active accounts and handled all aspects of private practice management including staff management, accounting, and portfolio investment management.
Prior to PPM, Liz was the youngest in her field to advance as Senior Buyer for Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, handling three large hospitals and seven ancillary facilities. Working with Scripps allowed Liz to develop many of the skills and tools she uses today in acquisitions, procurement, and negotiating multi-million dollar transactions. This experience helped refined her service skills to meet high expectations. This is something that she is accustomed to and provides readily and dutifully. Liz prides herself in the utmost discretion and privacy for clients and has an impenetrable drive to succeed that continually propels her far above the competition. Being fluent in Spanish, Liz is an invaluable asset to international clientele. In her spare time, Liz enjoys outdoor activities, including golf, deep sea fishing, and swimming as well as gourmet cooking.
